Return and Refund Policy

Because our studio provides services rather than physical goods, "returns" take the form of refunds, rescheduling, or replacement sessions. This policy explains how each situation is handled.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the three programs listed on the Programs page and to custom engagements scoped through a written agreement. The terms below take precedence over informal correspondence and may be supplemented by clauses in a signed proposal.

2. Cooling-off period

You have seven calendar days from the signing of a proposal to cancel without penalty, provided that work on the engagement has not yet begun. A full refund of any prepayment will be issued within fourteen business days of your written cancellation.

3. Cancellations after work has begun

If you cancel an engagement after preparatory work has started, we will issue a refund of any amount that exceeds time already spent on listening sessions, drafting, or scheduling. A short written summary of completed work will accompany the refund calculation.

4. Rescheduling sessions

On-site workshops and labs can be rescheduled twice without a fee, provided that we receive notice at least seven calendar days before the session. Reschedules requested with shorter notice may incur a small administrative fee to cover venue and facilitator commitments.

5. Replacement sessions

If a session does not meet the goals agreed in writing, the studio will work with you to identify what fell short and may offer a replacement session at no additional cost. Replacement sessions are scheduled within ninety days of the original delivery date.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Bank transfers typically arrive within seven to ten business days, while card refunds may take longer depending on the issuing bank. We will confirm in writing once the refund has been processed on our side.

7. Disputes and questions

If you believe a refund or reschedule has not been handled fairly, write to the studio describing the situation in your own words. We will respond within five business days and propose a path forward in good faith.
