Earthnatural started in a borrowed coworking room near the Chicago River in 2020. Six years on, we are a team of facilitators, ergonomic consultants, and former HR partners focused on how everyday office work is organised.
Useful changes, not grand gestures
We work best on practical adjustments to meetings, workspace setup, and everyday routines. Real workplaces are built from small repeated decisions: how a stand-up opens, where the lamp sits on a desk, when a calendar respects lunch. Our role is to help your team adjust the ones that matter.
Every engagement begins with listening. We sit in on a meeting, walk through your floor, and read the survey responses you choose to share. Only then do we draft a plan, and the plan stays small enough to actually start on Monday.
Our work is advisory and facilitative in scope. We do not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic services.
